BANJA LUKA, FEBRUARY 2 /SRNA/ – The Minister of Labour, War Veteran and Disabled Persons Protection of Republika Srpska, Radan Ostojić, believes that the Court of BiH is intentionally obstructing and delaying the prosecution of war crimes committed against Serbs in BiH.

"The Court of BiH is working to undermine Republika Srpska, because all this time it has been pursuing Serb soldiers who are most responsible for the creation and defence of the Republic," Ostojić told the press today in Banja Luka.

Regarding the number of judgments and the ratio involving members of the Republika Srpska Army, "the Army of BiH" and the HVO, Ostojić said that in 80 percent of cases Serbs were convicted for allegedly committed war crimes.

Ostojić is convinced that the trials before the Court of BiH of the former commander of the Fifth Corps of the "Army of BiH," Atif Dudaković, Ejup Ganić, and others will never reach a judicial epilogue.
