ULYANOV: U.S. SANCTIONS POLICY HAS PROVEN INEFFECTIVE

MOSCOW, SEPTEMBER 19 /SRNA-RIA Novosti/ – US sanctions policy does not work, as time has shown, Russia's Permanent Representative to International Organizations in Vienna Mikhail Ulyanov has stated.

"The US sanctions policy does not work. This is a fact, a proven fact," Ulyanov wrote on X.

US President Donald Trump has signed legislation authorizing potential new sanctions against Russia, including additional tariffs of up to 100 percent on goods from major buyers of Russian oil and gas, as well as additional tariffs of up to 500 percent on Russian exports to the United States.
