OHCHR VERIFIES REPORTS OF 21 CIVILIANS KILLED IN STAROBILSK

MOSCOW, JUNE 4 /SRNA/ - The Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights /OHCHR/ has verified reports of 21 civilians killed in a Ukrainian attack on a college in Starobilsk, in the Luhansk People's Republic /LPR/, OHCHR spokesperson Shabia Mantoo told RIA Novosti.

"Regarding the attack in Starobilsk, our team has confirmed that 21 civilians were killed," Mantou said.

On May 22, Ukrainian forces attacked the academic building and dormitory of the Starobilsk Vocational College of the Luhansk State Pedagogical University.

The attack killed 21 people and injured 44.
