LAVROV: ZELENSKY NOT READY FOR GENUINE AND CONSTRUCTIVE ACTION

MOSCOW, OCTOBER 15 /SRNA-RIA Novosti/ – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has shown, through his position on the Russian-US agreement on diesel, that he is not ready to engage constructively, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said.

Lavrov noted that the agreement had been proposed by the United States and supported by Russia.

"Zelensky believes the whole world owes him something, while he is under no obligation to do anything in return. He is not ready to take any constructive steps that would be genuinely sincere and fair," Lavrov told reporters.

According to Lavrov, Zelensky's position on the Russian-US agreement amounts to a direct provocation of US President Donald Trump. He added that such behavior had become typical of the Ukrainian leader.
