MINIĆ: REFORMS IN PUBLIC ENTERPISES ARE SHOWING RESULTS

BANJA LUKA, DECEMBER 23 /SRNA/ – The Prime Minister of Republika Srpska Savo Minić has stated today that the situation in public enterprises is extremely complex, but that the measures undertaken are gradually yielding results.

Minić emphasized that the Government, together with the management of public enterprises, is actively involved in resolving their problems and is not avoiding the substance of the issues or the truth at any moment.

"I spoke with the director of 'Šume' and I am pleased that they have achieved better results than last year. As for 'Elektroprivreda', we are working on resolving the problems. These are huge systems that require a great deal of work and a series of measures that will have to be adopted," Minić told reporters in Banja Luka.

He added that the Government is in constant communication with the directors of "Željeznice", "Šume", "Elektroprivreda", and "Pošta Srpske".
