BANJA LUKA, JULY 22 /SRNA/ – The Prime Minister of Republika Srpska, Savo Minić, pointed out today that cooperation between Srpska and the USA will be more successful and stronger because there are intensive discussions regarding the implementation of many projects, including those related to infrastructure, energy, and the defense industry.

"We have a number of offers. So far, we have signed a certain number of memorandums of cooperation. Because of this, I believe that cooperation will be increasingly successful," Minić said in an interview with the News Agency of Republika Srpska - SRNA.

Minić emphasized that Republika Srpska has not handed over its natural resources to the USA, as some claim, but is rather a partner in the implementation of significant projects.

"I am having discussions with businessmen from the USA. They want to invest in Srpska and cooperate with us, and a major step forward has also been made in the diplomacy we have," the Prime Minister of Srpska pointed out.

According to him, none of this would have been realized without Russia and cooperation with that country.

Minić noted that all these activities are coordinated, for which President Milorad Dodik is credited.

He reminded that Dodik met with US officials, received recognition from a university in that country, visited Israel, and afterward spoke with the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin.

"It bothers many that we call him president. Dodik is indeed our president, and some man tried to sideline him, despite the will of the people," Minić pointed out.

He stated that he also had a very serious meeting with businessmen from Turkey.

The Prime Minister of Srpska noted that the meetings of Dodik and the Serb member of the BiH Presidency, Željka Cvijanović, with foreign partners are highly significant for the future.

"When we speak about those who supported the NATO bombing of Srpska and Serbia—they now see that someone lied to them. That is why what the Memorial Center of Republika Srpska did in New York is extremely significant. There was no aggression in BiH, and they understand that in the world, which is a result of our diplomatic activity," Minić said.

When it comes to the period after the general elections, Minić, who is the candidate of the SNSD and the ruling coalition for the President of Republika Srpska, reiterated that Dodik will address the public on Republic Day as the Prime Minister.

"Along with this, I believe that my office will be the entirety of Republika Srpska, with the goal of further progress. We want Srpska to be an even better and more beautiful place to live, and one thing is certain, we want to be with the people," Minić concluded.
