BANJA LUKA, AUGUST 31 /SRNA/ – SNSD Leader Milorad Dodik says the Constitutional Court of BiH is not legitimate as it does not have the nine judges envisaged by the Constitution, assessing that judicial institutions in BiH are politically motivated towards the unification and centralization of the country.
Dodik said that the absence of two judges from Republika Srpska was an expression of dissatisfaction with the way the court operates.
"That is our right and our protest, our dissatisfaction with the fact that they served all this time as mere figureheads, so that three foreign judges and two Muslims could vote for amendments to the constitutional order," Dodik told the press in Banja Luka following a session of the SNSD Presidency.
He reiterated his position that BiH is possible only as a community of three constituent peoples, with respect for the constitutional order and democratic procedures.
