WASHINGTON, FEBRUARY 6 /SRNA/ – SNSD leader Milorad Dodik, the Serb BiH Presidency Željka Cvijanović, and the acting President of Republika Srpska Ana Trišić-Babić met at the White House with Karoline Leavitt, Press Secretary to US President Donald Trump.
Dodik commented on X that they had a very good conversation with Leavitt at the White House.
“The policy of President Trump, which returns America to the principles of non-interference in the internal affairs of other states, the clearly proclaimed abandonment of nation-building projects, and the fact that he uses power to preserve and achieve peace rather than to produce chaos, brings new stability to global relations,” Dodik emphasized.
He added that Trump’s rational and pragmatic approach where partners are valued based on how much they respect agreements rather than on whom they can be used against, represents a shift that gives hope that the world is entering a calmer and more responsible phase of international politics.
“Republika Srpska has always been an advocate of such a policy,” Dodik concluded.
