PRIJEDOR, APRIL 11 /SRNA/ - The President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik has said today at a special session of the Prijedor City Assembly that all institutions are functioning in Srpska and that it is manageable, and that political Sarajevo wants to create political processes in BiH through unconstitutional Courts and the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.
In his address, Dodik noted that the situation in Srpska is stable, both financially and security-wise, while it is complex at the level of BiH.
"In Republika Srpska, all institutions are functioning and we do not see any problems related to the institutional crisis. Republika Srpska is manageable and processes are taking place within it that are important for the life of the Republic," said Dodik.
According to him, Republika Srpska does not have a secession plan, but wants BiH to be organized in accordance with the letter of Dayton and the Constitution of BiH.
He stated that Republika Srpska is trying to maintain its status in accordance with the letter of the Dayton Agreement, and that the culmination of that struggle is right now, and reminded that unconstitutional institutions were introduced in the past.
He reminded that the illegal alien introduced for the first time into the criminal legislation that whoever does not respect the decisions of the high representative must be punished, and reminded that the unconstitutional Court and the Prosecutor's Office of BiH are persecuting him, as well as the Speaker of the National Assembly and the Prime Minister.
Dodik mentioned that they criminalized him, invented affairs, that there was not a day or a month that he did not have a summons from the court and the prosecutor's office in Sarajevo, and that he was tried because he respected the laws of the National Assembly and the Constitution of Srpska.
"The key process is that Sarajevo wants to tell the Serbs that every Serb seen will be prosecuted before the Court if they dare to do something. The Court and the Prosecutor's Office of BiH are anti-Serb institutions. If they succeed in destroying the authorities in Republika Srpska, then who will be allowed to sign," Dodik stated.
He also said that Prijedor is a very perspective entity, which he sees as one of the strategic places in Republika Srpska and that is why he wants to solve the problem he has with flooding.
He pointed out that Prijedor is in the fourth or fifth place in terms of revenue in Srpska, and through various payments it returns to this city, but it deserves a much greater importance that he wants to give it.
Prijedor was hit by floods on March 28. As a result of the heavy rain, the water level of the Sana and Gomjenica rivers rose and overflowed, and more than 800 households were flooded.
