BIJELJINA, OCTOBER 30 /SRNA/ – Republika Srpska Interior Minister Željko Budimir says that discussions about the OHR should come to an end and that Republika Srpska would not allow the custodian who had destabilised society in BiH.

"What is important is that at least three, and probably even four, major countries will soon realise that the existence of the OHR and the protectorate it imposed in BiH was simply a mistake, and that the years under the High Representative were wasted years," Budimir told the press in Bijeljina.

He pointed out that the OHR was trying to present "its version of the truth about BiH" to the UN Security Council, but stressed that it is important for the Republika Srpska Government to regularly submit its own reports so that the permanent members of the Security Council could read about the actual situation in BiH.

Budimir stressed that no High Representative in BiH had been good, but that Valentin Inzko, Paddy Ashdown and the illegitimate Christian Schmidt would go down in history as the worst types of colonisers ever seen in BiH.

"Schmidt has certainly set this country back by a decade," Budimir said.

He stressed that discussions about the OHR should come to an end.

"That is the position of Republika Srpska. We certainly will not allow, in the period ahead, custodians who have destabilised society in BiH in this way," Budimir concluded.
