SARAJEVO, FEBRUARY 13 /SRNA/ - The Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations in the Council of Ministers Staša Košarac emphasized that the Constitutional Court of BiH should act on the conclusion of the Constitutional-Legal Commission of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH and finally begin to respect the Constitution of BiH.

Košarac told SRNA that this judicial institution must immediately and without delay annul the decisions of the illegitimate /High Representative/ Christian Schmidt and stop siding with this colonial administrator, who is carrying out constitutional and legal violence in BiH.

"The Constitutional Court of BiH now has a new opportunity to show whether it respects and upholds the Constitution of BiH or sides with the foreigner Schmidt, who falsely presents himself as High Representative," Košarac emphasized.

He said that the Constitution clearly defines who the legislators in BiH are, adding that this authority does not belong to the High Representative, and especially not to a foreigner without legitimacy who is usurping the position in the OHR.

"If the Constitutional Court of BiH wants to ensure the constitutional sovereignty of BiH and restore trust, it must immediately and without delay annul all decisions of the notorious Schmidt, because they are unconstitutional, illegal, and the product of the arbitrary actions of an unauthorized individual," Košarac emphasized.

He stated that leader Milorad Dodik, the institutions of Republika Srpska, and its representatives at the joint level have consistently warned that the so-called High Representative, as well as those who had the approval of the UN Security Council, do not have constitutional authority or the right to impose laws in BiH.

According to him, in this regard, the position of Republika Srpska has always been clear, unambiguous, and consistent.
