MOSTAR, JULY 13 /SRNA/ – SNSD leader Milorad Dodik and HDZ BiH leader Dragan Čović stated in Mostar that they agreed all decisions imposed by the High Representatives should be annulled.
Dodik said the SNSD would not abandon that position.
"The so-called Peace Implementation Council /PIC/ does not exist at all. All of the PIC's decisions have been against long-term stability, and they have usurped the rights of the constituent peoples," Dodik said at a press conference after the meeting between delegations of the two parties.
The SNSD leader pointed out that Annex 10 stipulates that the High Representative is selected by the agreement's signatories and appointed by the UN Security Council.
"They have usurped authority and cannot govern us," Dodik said.
He also maintained that there is no legitimate acting High Representative.
Čović said all decisions imposed by High Representatives should be repealed.
"BiH must assume responsibility through its executive and legislative authorities," Čović stressed.
