DODIK: BiH HAS DEFORMED SYSTEM WORKING AGAINST EXISTENCE OF REPUBLIKA SRPSKA

BANJA LUKA, December 23 /SRNA/ – President of SNSD Milorad Dodik emphasized that neither the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council nor the Court of BiH are constitutional categories or part of an agreement among the peoples, but rather an adventurism of the international political elite in an attempt to subjugate BiH.

"This is now the time, unfortunately, for the permanent establishment of that aggressive instance called the Court of BiH through alleged amendments that are routinely declared European, but which have no value or significance whatsoever," Dodik said.

He noted that no country in Europe has a court and prosecutor’s office not provided for by the constitution. “Here, that exists, and they proclaim it as European values, everything is deformed, unfinished, and lingers on endlessly,” Dodik added.

Dodik stressed that SNSD cannot stop fighting for the interest called Republika Srpska and its rights.

He asked whether the rule of law and European heritage mean that a foreigner can impose regulations and say: "Whoever does not respect me goes to prison?"

According to him, the international community is seeking to sustain all the blunders that foreigners themselves created, which is why they need a new political structure, and therefore are attempting to work with the opposition from Srpska.

Dodik emphasized that Republika Srpska has a chance only with a clear and firm policy conducted within institutions and through the defense of its rights, and that not even the EU can change that.

He reiterated that Republika Srpska supports the original Dayton Agreement, and that in such a case it has no problem remaining within BiH, which means that the Court and Prosecutor’s Office, as well as everything imposed, such as indirect taxation and much else, must be abolished.
