ISTOČNO SARAJEVO, MAY 5 /SRNA/ – The Serb member of the BiH Presidency Željka Cvijanović said that the only unconstitutional and anti-Dayton conduct is that of Ambassador Zlatko Lagumdžija, not the submission of the Republika Srpska Government's report to the UN Security Council.
"This is something political Sarajevo has long unsuccessfully tried to challenge, even before the Constitutional Court of BiH. Zlatko Lagumdžija has repeatedly violated the BiH Constitution by acting on behalf of the Bosniak member, instead of the Presidency of BiH as a whole", Cvijanović stressed.
She stated that Lagumdžija does not represent BiH, claiming he has abused his appointment as ambassador.
"We will see whether the Ministry of Foreign Affairs /within the Council of Ministers/ and the Mission to the UN will forward the Republika Srpska Government's report to the members of the Security Council or continue with manipulations. In any case, it will reach the necessary addresses", Cvijanović wrote on X.
She added that it is possible Lagumdžija, preoccupied with his own investment ventures in BiH, will either fail to forward the report to missions in New York or choose not to do so because he is bothered by its content and the truth it presents.
