U.S. MILITARY CARRIED OUT NEW ATTACKS ON IRAN AT NOON

WASHINGTON, JULY 15 /SRNA/ - The US military carried out new attacks on Iran today at noon CET, the US Central Command announced.

The Command stated on X that the aim of the attack was to further reduce the military capabilities that Iranian forces were using to attack merchant ships in the Strait of Hormuz.

The US military has carried out several attacks on Iran since Wednesday, July 8, after the Iranian military again targeted merchant ships in the Strait of Hormuz.

Iranian authorities announced on Sunday, July 12, that they were closing the Strait of Hormuz again and that the passage would remain closed until the ending of what Tehran called "American interference in the region".
