TRUMP ADMINISTRATION UNDERSTANDS CAUSES OF CONFLICT IN UKRAINE

MOSCOW, SEPTEMBER 8 /SRNA/ - Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov assessed that the US President Donald Trump's administration has demonstrated from the very beginning its ability to see the causes of the Ukrainian conflict.

He said that this allows mutually beneficial discussions with envoys of American leader.

"From the very beginning, the Trump administration has displayed both the wish and the ability to see the root causes of the conflict, and this is precisely what allows us to expect that conversations, negotiations, and contacts with the relevant envoys will be beneficial for both sides," Lavrov noted.
