WASHINGTON, JULY 14 /SRNA/ - A total of 26 former employees of the company Meta Platforms META.O have filed a lawsuit against the company over the way it selected workers for layoffs, Reuters reported.
The former employees accused the management of using an AI-powered software that disproportionately targeted people with disabilities or those who had used sick leave when selecting people for mass layoffs.
The company did not respond to Reuters' request for comment.
