EARTHQUAKE OFF THE COAST OF CALIFORNIA

WASHINGTON, NOVEMBER 5 /SRNA - RIA Novosti/ – A magnitude 5 earthquake was registered off the coasts of the US state of California on Thursday, the United State Geological Survey said.

The statement indicates that the earthquake occurred approximately 110 kilometers west of Petrolia, Northern California, at a depth of 10 kilometers.

There are no reports of casualties or material damage
