DMITRIEV: ELON MUSK IS A PEACEMAKER

MOSCOW, OCTOBER 25 /SRNA/ - Kirill Dmitriev, Russia’s special presidential envoy for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries, called American billionaire and entrepreneur Elon Musk a peacemaker following the ban on the use of the Starlink satellite communications system to coordinate attacks.

"Elon is a peacemaker. He sees the catastrophic consequences of escalation and understands the profiteering motives of warmongers who prolong the war with unrealistic solutions disguised as deceptive moral posturing and media campaigns," Dmitriev wrote on X.

Musk said yesterday that Starlink could be used only for defensive operations, while its use "for offensive drone strikes aimed at killing people was never permitted, nor should it be."
