ALLAH ORDERED PARIS ATTACKER TO CARRY OUT THE ACT

LONDON, JULY 27 /SRNA/ - The man who stabbed three women with a knife in Paris said that Allah had sent him to do it, The Times reported.

The victims are women aged 19, 24 and 36, one of whom is pregnant, but the incident is not being treated as a terrorist attack.

"French police detained a man today following a knife attack near the Porte de Clichy district," Interior Minister Laurent Nuñez told reporters.

He added that the attacker used two kitchen knives and that two people suffered serious injuries.

The attacker was subdued by passers-by and detained by an off-duty police officer.

Nuñez praised the police officer and described him as very brave.
