SELAK: SERB PEOPLE PRESERVE THEIR IDENTITY AND BUILD FUTURE UNDER THE SAME TRICOLOR

BANJA LUKA, SEPTEMBER 15 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska Justice Minister Goran Selak said that strong institutional ties between Republika Srpska and Serbia are crucial to preserving the identity and security of the Serb people, who, under the same tricolor, preserve their identity and build a shared future.

“Standing under the same tricolor, we are building the future, developing and deepening our ties, proud of our history, tradition, faith and culture. Determined and unwavering, through synergy, unity and joint efforts, we will build a safe, just and prosperous society for generations to come,” Selak said.

Congratulating Serb Unity, Freedom and National Flag Day, Selak said that September 15 symbolizes the unbreakable continuity of the Serb people.

“September 15 symbolizes the unbreakable thread of our continuity and bears witness to the fact that unity and togetherness are the greatest values that we proudly defend and preserve,” Selak stressed.

He said the Serb people, united under the same tricolor, proudly preserve their history, tradition, faith, and culture while building a safer and more prosperous future.

He stressed that strong institutional ties between Republika Srpska and Serbia are the foundation and guarantee of preserving the national identity and security of the Serb people on both sides of the Drina River.

“These ties are not the result of a political compromise, but rather reflect the aspiration of one indivisible people to preserve their identity together. A people that preserves and respects its symbols has a future, and our tricolor will proudly fly for centuries to come,” Selak concluded.
