WASHINGTON, NOVEMBER 2 /SRNA - RIA Novosti/ - US President Donald Trump has expressed doubt over the security of the upcoming November 3 midterm congressional elections.
"No," Trump said in an interview with the New York Post when asked whether he's confident the elections will be secure.
On Tuesday, October 27, Trump conditioned his recognition of the outcome of the upcoming midterm elections to the results' transparency.
The United States will hold midterm elections on November 3 to elect 35 senators and all 435 members of the House of Representatives, alongside legislative and gubernatorial races in many states.
The Republican Party risks losing control of the lower house, according to analysts.
