BANJA LUKA, April 24 /SRNA/ – The unconstitutional Prosecutor's Office, Court, and SIPA of BiH are serving Muslim politics and have done nothing to arrest the murderers, torturers of Serbs, and rapists, said Božica Živković Rajilić, President of the Association of Women Victims of War of Republika Srpska, in a statement to SRNA.
Rajilić emphasized that the SIPA operation in East Sarajevo, led by Elvir Ademović—brother of the former AID head Kemal Ademović—as well as Zijad Landžo, who is suspected of war crimes against Serbs in Konjic, was an unacceptable provocation.
"The Prosecutor’s Office, the Court of BiH, and SIPA members are wartime personnel who failed to achieve their imagined goals. They are funded by certain foreign embassies and the OHR, who promised the Muslims they would get a unitary BiH" Rajilić stated.
According to her, there is suspicion that these SIPA members, being wartime personnel, committed war crimes against Serbs.
She concluded that the unconstitutional Prosecutor's Office and Court of BiH are unwilling to prosecute the large number of war crimes committed against Serbs, while the perpetrators roam free.
Members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska last night removed SIPA officers from in front of the Administrative Center building of Republika Srpska in East Sarajevo, while a meeting was taking place between President Dodik, the mayor, and the municipal heads of the city.
The Minister of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska, Siniša Karan, stated that the SIPA members broke the law and that criminal proceedings will be initiated.
The National Assembly of Republika Srpska has passed a series of laws aimed at preventing the unconstitutional actions of illegitimate and anti-Dayton institutions, including the unconstitutional Court, Prosecutor’s Office, and SIPA.
