BANJA LUKA, APRIL 24 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska National Assembly Speaker Nenad Stevandić believes that the arrival of the members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency /SIPA/ in East Sarajevo is a provocation from the Federation of BiH /FBiH/ in order to involve EUFOR in the conflict, stressing that this is their failure, anger and wandering due to not achieving something that someone promised them.

"They didn't isolate us and now only provocations inside BiH remain, i.e. to provoke EUFOR and NATO," Stevandić told the press in Banja Luka today.

According to him, since it became clear that Christian Schmidt and his illegal and unconstitutional activities is the cause of the crisis in BiH, they have been constantly trying to cause some kind of incident, but have been unsuccessful for two months.

Stevandić said that the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik yesterday in East Sarajevo dealt with economic activities, the issue of gas piping and other projects important for the citizens, while others carried out subversion and provocations.

"I don't know how they don't get bored anymore. They insisted on our isolation, which doesn't work, because we have excellent international contacts through which we explain that the problem is Schmidt, not Republika Srpska," Stevandić pointed out.

Stevandić said that there were attempts to block and ban him and Dodik from entering Austria and Germany, stressing that the voice of Republika Srpska will be heard more than before in the parliaments of these two countries.

"We in Republika Srpska are in a way glad that we have shown that we are very tactful, that sometimes we avoid provocations even to our own detriment and keep the peace. If we had behaved like those in the FBiH, there would be no peace in BiH," Stevandić emphasized.

He says that everything those from FBiH are doing is an attempt to provoke conflicts.

"Someone finds it strange why the Republika Srpska Police protect the president of Republika Srpska!? I don't know how rude and provocative someone should be to assume that the Republika Srpska Police will not protect and act according to the laws of Republika Srpska," pointed out Stevandić.

He said that the Srpska Police do not show ambition to cross the inter-entity boundary line, does not create checkpoints on the boundary lines.

"Such division and the current functioning of BiH as de facto two states was caused by Schmidt and certain officials from the FBiH", said Stevandić.

Members of the Republika Srpska MOI last night removed the police officers of the unconstitutional SIPA from the outside of the Republika Srpska Administrative Centre in East Sarajevo while the meeting of President Dodik with the mayor and heads of municipalities within the city was going on.

According to SRNA, the operation of SIPA members in East Sarajevo was led by Elvir Ademović, brother of the former head of AID Kemal Ademović, as well as Zijad Landžo, suspected of war crimes against Serbs in Konjic.

The Minister of Interior of Republika Srpska Siniša Karan pointed out that SIPA members violated the law and that criminal proceedings will be initiated.

The National Assembly of Srpska passed a number of laws and prevented the unconstitutional operations of unconstitutional and anti-Dayton institutions, including the unconstitutional Court, the Prosecutor's Office and SIPA.
