MITROVIĆ: DODIK’S U.S. AWARD REFLECTS SUCCESS OF HIS POLITICAL APPROACH

BELGRADE, MAY 1 /SRNA/ – The award presented by the US-based Judson University to SNSD leader Milorad Dodik is the result of his strategically sound, consistent, and tactically wise politics, Dragana Mitrović, professor at the Faculty of Political Sciences at the University of Belgrade, told SRNA.

"This shows that Dodik's politics is highly successful and accepted, and that he is respected and acknowledged in the United States", Mitrović said.

She noted that Dodik achieved this without deviating from his consistency.

According to her, the award is a significant development and, although it relates to a leading figure in Republika Srpska politics, it also has an impact on Serb-American relations, given Dodik's reputation and contacts.

"This opens up the possibility that, by further deepening these relations, many new doors could be opened", Mitrović concluded.

President Milorad Dodik was presented with an award for the courage required for leadership and commitment to national sovereignty and democratic principles by Judson University in the US city of Elgin.
