BANJA LUKA, MAY 4 /SRNA/ – Head of the SNSD Caucus in the Republika Srpska National Assembly Srđan Mazalica says that the Republika Srpska Government has done a very good job in complex circumstances and is contributing to the stability of Srpska.
He noted that many reform laws and projects have been implemented, citing as examples the construction of the Šepak–Novi Grad main gas pipeline and the Glamočani–Banja Luka–Miliništa motorway.
While commenting on the Government's performance in its first 100 days, Mazalica told the press in Banja Luka that the current Srpska Government, headed by Prime Minister Savo Minić, has achieved significant results during this period, despite certain objections to personnel-related decisions.
"Since 2006, when SNSD came to power, Republika Srpska has recorded growth in all parameters - salaries, pensions, living standards, and investments, despite the opposition's ongoing claims since then about the alleged decline of Republika Srpska," Mazalica emphasized.
Mazalica says he is convinced that the Bill banning sale and use of tobacco products to persons under 18, which was previously not signed by the acting President of Republika Srpska, Ana Trišić-Babić, will be adopted in the Republika Srpska National Assembly once a six-month period passes.
"It is best to wait for the six-month period to expire and for the Republika Srpska Government to re-propose this law," Mazalica added.
He also said that SNSD has strong candidates for the positions of president of Republika Srpska and the Serb BiH Presidency member who can defeat all opposition candidates in Republika Srpska for these positions.
