BANJA LUKA, SEPTEMBER 4 /SRNA/ - The Speaker of the Republika Srpska National Assembly Nenad Stevandić said that malice, not law, was the motive behind the announced possibility of initiating the protection of vital national interests regarding the formation of the government of Srpska, and reiterated that the nomination of the prime minister-designate for the formation of the new government was legally valid.
"Malice destroys the bridges between us. Even if Schmidt, Bećirović, or the Bosniak Caucus alone were in power, and even if there were no institutions of Republika Srpska, the nomination of the Prime Minister-designate would still be legitimate and legally valid, because neither Milorad Dodik nor his lawyer had received any prior notification," Stevandić said.
He added that the Republika Srpska National Assembly had also not received any document during the appointment of the prime minister-designate for the formation of the new government.
"This is incredible malice and spite, which shows that there is no desire to have anything in common with Republika Srpska that is equal, but only with one that is to be endangered and subjected to torture," Stevandić told reporters in Banja Luka.
He emphasized that the illegitimate /High Representative/ Christian Schmidt cannot dismiss the legitimate President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik.
The Head of the Bosniak Caucus in the Council of Peoples Alija Tabaković stated today that within the next three to four days, this caucus should decide whether to initiate the protection of vital national interest regarding the formation of the government of Srpska.
