KOVAČEVIĆ: CEC CONFIRMED WHAT WE KNEW HOUR AFTER POLLS CLOSED – KARAN IS PRESIDENT OF REPUBLIKA SRPSKA

BANJA LUKA, DECEMBER 15 /SRNA/ – SNSD spokesperson Radovan Kovačević said today in Banja Luka that the Central Election Commission /CEC/ of BiH confirmed after a month what had been known an hour after polling stations closed – that SNSD candidate Siniša Karan is the winner of the snap elections for President of Republika Srpska.

“The CEC finally established the preliminary election results after a month and repeated what we stated just one hour after the polls closed. Votes in elections in which 400,000 voters turned out are being counted in Sarajevo for a month,” Kovačević said at a press conference in Banja Luka.

According to him, Sarajevo persistently wanted to send the message that “Republika Srpska does not know how to count votes” and that they should be the ones to decide who the President of Republika Srpska is.
