KARAN: SRPSKA'S EFFORTS TO FIGHT FOR DAYTON PRINCIPLES WILL BE RECOGNIZED

BANJA LUKA, OCTOBER 31 /SRNA/ - The Minister of Science and Technology Development and Higher Education of the Republika Srpska Siniša Karan said that he expects that at today's session of the UN Security Council, the effort of the Republika Srpska to fight for the Dayton and constitutional principles to which the three nations have given their consent will be recognized.

"It is necessary to eliminate the consequences that Christian Schmidt brought, to affirm the struggle of Republika Srpska for the Dayton BiH in which no nation will outvote the others and in which all three nations will be completely equal," Karan pointed out.

He said that the Republika Srpska is economically self-sustainable, emphasizing that its strong institutions based on the will of the people led to the world recognizing the thirty-year anti-Dayton activities of all others, particularly of illegitimate Schmidt.

"I think that today, 30 years later, those processes are recognized, that there will be decisive action to stop the process of demolishing the Dayton BiH, and to affirm the efforts of Republika Srpska, for which all its officials were sanctioned," Karan told reporters in Banja Luka.

He emphasized that the Republika Srpska today affirms what was given to it by Annex four of the Constitution of BiH.

"The Dayton Peace Agreement verified the will of the people and accepted the Republika Srpska and included it in Annex 4 of the Constitution of BiH," said Karan.

Karan said that some thought that they would win with the anti-Dayton creeping method, whose ultimate goal is the unitization of BiH.

"In the unitary form of constitutional arrangement, only one nation would have its constitutional and sovereign right, and that is the majority nation," explained Karan.

Karan said that political proceedings were conducted against the president, stressing that it is unheard of in human civilization for political trends and struggles to flow through regular courts.

"This is the most glaring example of the principles that are the key principles of the Constitution of BiH, namely constitutionality, legality, rule of law and legal services," he said.

Karan said that Christian Schmidt brought down everything in BiH, concluding that the President of Srpska, by sacrificing himself by participating in such a rigged political process, exposed the role of the judiciary, which gave itself to the function of politics not only against the president, but the entire Republika Srpska.
