KARAN: SERB LITERATURE LOST IMPORTANT CREATOR WITH KAPETANOVIĆ’S PASSING

BANJA LUKA, AUGUST 11 /SRNA/ –Republika Srpska President Siniša Karan sent a telegram of condolence to the family of the late Boro Kapetanović.

“I was deeply saddened to learn of the death of Boro Kapetanović, a distinguished poet, prose writer and children’s author. With his passing, Serb literature has lost an important creator who, through his literary work, left a deep mark on Serb culture,” Karan said.

He stressed that his passing represents an irreparable loss, not only for his family, but also for the entire public of Republika Srpska.

“On behalf of the Republika Srpska citizens and on my own behalf, I extend to you my deepest condolences, with sincere sympathy and respect,” the condolence telegram from President Karan cited.
