HERZOG CONGRATULATES DODIK ON SNSD’S ELECTION VICTORY

JERUSALEM, OCTOBER 13 /SRNA/ – Israeli President Isaac Herzog congratulated SNSD leader Milorad Dodik on his party’s election victory, describing it as a clear and unequivocal indication of the people’s confidence in Dodik and his associates’ leadership.

"I am confident that the SNSD will justify that trust by leading the people wisely and resolutely," Herzog stated in a letter to Dodik.

He added that Israel was grateful to Dodik for his steadfast friendship and clear moral stance, through which he had consistently expressed support for Israel.

"We will always remember your unwavering support, particularly following the horrific 7 October attacks and throughout our ongoing struggle for peace and security," the Israeli president wrote.

Herzog added that it had been a great pleasure to welcome Dodik to the presidential residence in Jerusalem several weeks ago.

"I enjoyed our open and direct conversation and look forward to continuing our cooperation in the years ahead," Herzog concluded.
