GERMAN NATIONAL ACCUSED OF LEAVING HOTEL WITH BAM 1,650 BILL UNPAID

BANJA LUKA, JULY 13 /SRNA/ – Police in Banja Luka have arrested a German national identified by the initials H.J.B., on suspicion of checking out of a hotel without paying a bill of about BAM 1,650, causing financial loss to the hotel, the Banja Luka Police Department said on Sunday.

The man is suspected of fraud and was arrested on Saturday, July 11.

Police said they received a report on May 22 alleging that the suspect had used the hotel's services in Banja Luka before leaving without settling the bill.

The Banja Luka District Public Prosecutor's Office and the Service for Foreigners' Affairs -Banja Luka Field Centre have been notified.
