BANJA LUKA, SEPTEMBER 15 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska is not seeking anything that belongs to others, but it will not allow its rights, identity and freedom to be taken away, President Milorad Dodik said.
Marking Serbian Unity, Freedom and National Flag Day, Dodik stressed that Republika Srpska must remain true to itself and free.
"That is the legacy of generations who fought for the Serb people in this region to decide their own destiny. We are not seeking anything that belongs to others, and we do not deny anyone their rights. But we will not allow our rights, identity and freedom to be taken away either," Dodik said on X.
According to him, Republika Srpska will be stronger the more it preserves its unity, national values and ties with Serbia.
"A strong Serbia means stronger Serb people, while a strong Republika Srpska means a secure future for our people," Dodik concluded.
