DODIK: POLITICAL DECISION, I WILL LISTEN TO PEOPLE

BANJA LUKA, AUGUST 1 /SRNA/ - President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik said that so-called BiH Court made a political decision against him and announced that he will listen to what people say, because he did no crime.

Dodik said that upholding of the first-instance verdict against him was not unexpected, emphasizing that, according to the BiH Constitution and the Dayton Agreement, there is no BiH Court and according to Annex 10, there is no High Representative.

He said that Christian Schmidt is a "jinx" who caused unrest in BiH.

Dodik pointed out that, from the side of law, the decree was signed before making the decision.

"This is a political decision and the BiH Court is a political court," said Dodik.

He pointed out that there is an obvious intention of the political Sarajevo, led by Muslim parties in conjunction with Muslim justices in so-called BiH Court, who led to all this.

The Appellate Division Panel of the Court of BiH upheld the first-instance verdict against the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik, who was sentenced to one year in prison and a six-year ban on political activity for failing to comply with the decisions of Christian Schmidt.
