DODIK: POLICE TRAINING CENTER CRUCIAL FOR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

BANJA LUKA, OCTOBER 12 /SRNA/ - President Milorad Dodik stressed today he was proud of the results achieved and of the fact that the Training Center had grown into one of the most important pillars of the Republika Srpska Ministry of the Interior /MoI/, playing a key role in the professional development and training of police officers.

"It is a great honor that Interior Minister Željko Budimir and Training Center head Vedran Simić presented me with a certificate of appreciation, a plaque and a pistol to mark a decade of the center's successful work. I am especially pleased that the recognition comes as confirmation of my continued support for the establishment, equipping and development of the Center," Dodik posted on X.

A ceremony marking the 10th anniversary of the Republika Srpska Interior Ministry Training Center in Zalužani was held on October 2. Around 250 different training programs have been organized there so far.

Over its decade of operation, the Center has hosted numerous international partners, including representatives of various security agencies from the United States, Russia, China, France, Austria, Romania, Hungary, Serbia and Montenegro, as well as representatives of EUFOR in BiH and delegations of international military and police attaches accredited to BiH.
