BANJA LUKA, APRIL 6 /SRNA/ – SNSD Leader Milorad Dodik stated over the visit of the son of US President Donald Trump Jr. to the largest city of Republika Srpska, that Banja Luka is undoubtedly becoming an important centre of diplomatic and business activities.
"We are making efforts to have as many significant visits as possible in Banja Luka and to ensure that what our team is doing internationally becomes visible," Dodik said.
He pointed out that Banja Luka will be an important place in the future and that he is looking forward to welcoming an important delegation from the United States later this week, which will attend the commemoration of the Day of Remembrance for the victims of the Ustasha crime – the NDH genocide in the Jasenovac concentration camp and its largest execution site, Donja Gradina.
In addition, Dodik says that Republika Srpska will also host a high-ranking Russian delegation headed by the deputy foreign minister, with whom talks will begin on cooperation with Russia, which is intensive and very important.
"The key event is the construction of the Serb-Russian cathedral church," Dodik said.
Regarding the US administration, Dodik recalled that the authorities in Republika Srpska have supported Donald Trump since he came to power and believe that he has made significant changes globally, primarily in dismantling the neoliberal globalist concept.
"Trump said he did not want to build unsuccessful states. We interpreted that as referring to BiH, which is why he had our support. No one talks anymore about Bosniaks and Bosnians, nor is BiH viewed in the same way," Dodik said.
That is why, Dodik says, it is important for us to maintain contacts with representatives of the US administration, and Donald Trump Jr. is certainly an important link in the life of the company owned by the president of the United States.
"There have been contacts with him, as there were those maintained by our representatives, and I hope it will be possible for us to meet here as well," Dodik told the portal Provjereno.info.
The son of the US president, Donald Trump Jr., is coming to Banja Luka, and according to SRNA's information it is a business visit during which a meeting is expected to be held with businesspeople from Republika Srpska about opportunities for cooperation and investment.
Donald Trump Jr. is the executive vice president of the Trump Organisation and manages the company together with his younger brother Eric.
