DODIK: ATTEMPTS TO BAN ME FROM LEADING THE PARTY - MUSLIMS' SICK AMBITION

BANJA LUKA, OCTOBER 21 /SRNA/ – President Milorad Dodik said that members of the BiH Central Election Commission /CEC/ were pressured into voting on whether he should be banned from leading the SNSD party.

"I hear that meetings are now being held under the sponsorship of the wartime Muslim headquarters where they said I should be removed from the position of SNSD leader. Then they pressured the lackeys in the BiH CEC who voted that I should be banned from leading the party," Dodik told the press in Banja Luka.

He assessed this as evidence of the sick ambition of the Muslims and stated that the only realistic solution is Republika Srpska's independence.

"I was elected president in accordance with the Republika Srpska Constitution, but I'm not president when it comes to unconstitutional rulings of the BiH Court. The process is not over yet; it’s being handled by the Constitutional Court of BiH and will go before the European Court of Human Rights. I don't sign official documents because the villains from Sarajevo would keep persecuting me. Regardless, we have a goal: relations with Russia, Serbia, Hungary, and friends in Germany, Austria, France, and Italy," Dodik said.

He emphasized that everything being done is in the interest of Republika Srpska, including the adoption of documents at the recent special session of the National Assembly.

"Those who oppose everything /the opposition/ didn't participate in the decision-making of the Republika Srpska National Assembly before, and they didn’t do so at the last special session either," Dodik said.

He added that Srpska's officials know what they are doing, and that the international position of Republika Srpska is very different now compared to nine months ago.

"That gives Republika Srpska the guarantee that we as interlocutors can solve problems. We may not get everything, but we will certainly be able to negotiate, unlike what the previous US administration headed by Joseph Biden, as well as Michael Murphy, and Christian Schmidt wanted," Dodik added.

He says Republika Srpska has had certain arrangements and agreements and will continue to respect them.

"Feeding the sick dragons in Srpska is supported by Sarajevo. We know what we're doing, and the people need to know that. What we are doing is the result of conversations with competent people. Our main strategic goal is cooperation with Russia, and significantly improving relations with the new U.S. administration, which we have never hidden," Dodik stated.

He has stated there is more communication with the new American administration than before, which is bothering certain circles in Sarajevo.
