BAM 7.8 MILLION PAID OUT IN AGRICULTURAL INCENTIVES

BANJA LUKA, JULY 20 /SRNA/ – The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of Republika Srpska today, through the Agency for Agrarian Payments, disbursed BAM 7,839,161 in agricultural incentives to 2,760 beneficiaries.

"BAM 3,338,784 was paid as the April milk production premium, BAM 3,752,799 for support to the modernization of the hail protection system, BAM 295,460 for approved appeals, and BAM 187,199 for support for the management and maintenance of the Register of Agricultural Holdings," the Ministry said in a statement.

The statement added that BAM 228,964 was allocated to support animal health protection measures, while BAM 35,955 was paid for plant health protection measures.
