APPEAL DEADLINE EXPIRED, DODIK REMAINS PRESIDENT OF SNSD

BANJA LUKA, DECEMBER 17 /SRNA/ – The Basic Court in Banja Luka has not received an appeal against the decision dismissing the proposal of the Central Election Commission /CEC/ of BiH to remove Milorad Dodik from the register as president of SNSD, SRNA was told at the court.
"Following a review of the official records – the Register of Political Organizations – we established that no appeal had been received by yesterday at 15:00," the Banja Luka Basic Court stated.
The deadline for filing an appeal expired on December 9, but the Basic Court in Banja Luka waited for any appeal submissions that may have been sent by mail.
On November 27, the Basic Court in Banja Luka dismissed the proposal of the CEC of BiH to remove Dodik from the register as president of SNSD.
