SARAJEVO, OCTOBER 13 /SRNA/ - Sarajevo hates everything associated with Serbian identity, Đorđe Radanović, president of the Committee for the Protection of Serb Rights in the Federation of BiH /FBiH/, said, citing the latest case in which the tires of a car with Belgrade license plates were slashed in Sarajevo's Breka neighborhood.

Radanović said this was not the first such case and that there was a pattern of tires being slashed on vehicles from Serbia, the Committee said in a statement.

He noted that on June 14 this year, all four tires on a car with Belgrade license plates were slashed in central Sarajevo, while three days later all four tires on another Serbian-registered car were slashed in the Grbavica neighborhood.

Radanović said that in January 2023 all the tires on five vehicles with Belgrade, Novi Sad and Užice license plates were also slashed, while on August 22, 2022, the same was done to a vehicle from Belgrade in central Sarajevo.

He said the Committee for the Protection of Serb Rights in FBiH keeps detailed records of attacks on Serbs and Serbian identity in the Federation.

In Sarajevo's Breka neighborhood, an unidentified person slashed two tires on a car with Belgrade license plates during the night between Sunday and Monday.
