STEVANDIĆ: CEC MOVE PROVES AID STILL OPERATING

BANJALUKA, DECEMBER 24 /SRNA/ – The Speaker of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska Nenad Stevandić has said today that the decision of the Central Election Commission of BiH /CEC/ to annul the election for the President of Srpska at 136 polling stations proves that the para-intelligence mechanism of the former Muslim AID is still operating, with links to certain foreign security services.

"However, they should know that we, as the ruling majority in Srpska, will defeat our opponents three times more decisively in the repeated elections. After that, CEC members should resign," Stevandić told SRNA.

He said the time has come to draw a line regarding overall developments in BiH.

"They do not allow us to celebrate the New Year and Christmas in peace and deliberately try to divert the entire narrative toward Republika Srpska Day. Through this malice and para-intelligence underground from the Federation of BiH, involving people close to Christian Schmidt, there is an attempt at all costs to humiliate and destroy the will of the people. As an official and as someone who defended Srpska as a fighter, I can say that we will crush them completely," Stevandić stressed.

Earlier today, the Central Election Commission of BiH adopted a decision annulling the early elections for President of Republika Srpska at 136 polling stations in 17 electoral units. The decision is not final and is subject to appeal.
