WOMEN’S STRENGTH AND DEDICATION KEY TO STABLE AND SUCCESSFUL SOCIETY

ISTOČNO SARAJEVO, MARCH 7 /SRNA/ – The Serb member of the BiH Presidency Željka Cvijanović said in her congratulatory message marking March 8, International Women's Day, that the responsibility, strength, and dedication of women represent a strong foundation of a stable and successful society.

Cvijanović extended her sincere congratulations to all women on the occasion of International Women’s Day, a holiday symbolizing the struggle for economic, political, and social equality.

She pointed out that women are an important pillar of every community - in the family, institutions, the economy, and public life, the BiH Presidency said in a statement.

"This holiday is also a reminder of the persistent struggle for equality, dignity, and a fairer position in society, but also an obligation to continue building a society in which women will have equal opportunities to contribute to its development with their knowledge, work, and abilities. Along with my sincere congratulations on the occasion of March 8, I wish you much health, personal happiness, and success in all fields," Cvijanović added.
