VULIĆ: KONAKOVIĆ EXPRESSED PERSONAL STANCE IN A LETTER BY USURPING HIS POSITION

SARAJEVO, AUGUST 9 /SRNA/ - The Head of the SNSD Caucus in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly, Sanja Vulić, told SRNA that the letter Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmedin Konaković sent to the ministers of the Quint countries does not represent the stance of BiH, but is a personal statement made through usurpation of a position he is unworthy of.

Vulić emphasized that Konaković’s distortion of facts, aimed at drawing attention, is scandalous even by his standards.

"The claim that Russia is responsible for the situation in BiH, rather than the illegitimate foreigner violating the constitutional order, is a deliberate diversion from the core issue," Vulić said.

She added that it is clear the letter is an attempt to overshadow the debate on BiH at the UN Security Council, where it was unequivocally established who is the instigator of the crisis and the consequences of his actions.

"Unlike Konaković, we are not under anyone’s influence nor do we have ‘bosses’," Vulić emphasized.

She stressed that Russia, China, and a new America, where a golden age began under Donald Trump, are friends of Republika Srpska.

"It's useless for Dino to keep ‘knocking on the doors’ of the State Department desk that covers BiH, where there are still, but not for long, a few of Murphy’s interns. The letter is too late. Marko Đurić had a meeting with Rubio a few days ago. You know, that’s the place where you have never been, nor will you ever be. Just a bit above the desk you were at long ago," Vulić said to Konaković.

Vulić warned that violating the BiH Constitution and dismantling the Dayton Agreement represent a deliberate undermining of peace and stability in BiH.

"It is clear that Christian Schmidt is trying to destroy the constitutional order and strip BiH of its powers. The only question is, how long will you live under the illusion that a unitary BiH can exist," Vulić emphasized.
