“TROIKA” IS FACTOR OF INSTABILITY IN BiH

EAST SARAJEVO, APRIL 6 /SRNA/ - The Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers, Staša Košarac, emphasized that the "Troika" is de facto a factor of instability in BiH and that undermining the Dayton Peace Agreement is their political task.

“The 'Troika' destabilizes political relations at the level of BiH and disrupts the atmosphere in the Council of Ministers. Our relations with the HDZ are well-known. We insist that solutions be agreed upon by the two entities and the three constituent peoples, in accordance with the Dayton Constitution, without imposed reforms,” Košarac wrote on Instagram.

He added that the “Troika,” however, generally wants Sarajevo to make decisions, ignoring the Dayton order of things in BiH, with the aim of diminishing the constitutional capacity of Republika Srpska and the rights of the Serbian and Croatian peoples.

Košarac emphasized that BiH can only survive as a country based on the Dayton Agreement, but that the “Troika” persistently undermines this concept.

“Therefore, we will insist that Republika Srpska seek protection of the Dayton Agreement and our position from Serbia and Croatia, as signatories of this agreement, as well as from Russia, the USA, and France, as guarantors of the Dayton Agreement,” Košarac said.
