BANJA LUKA, FEBRUARY 28 /SRNA/ – The campaign conducted by parts of the Court and Prosecutor’s Office of BiH against anyone who dares to express a personal opinion about the first president of Republika Srpska, Radovan Karadžić, and the first commander of the Main Staff of the Republika Srpska Army, Ratko Mladić, in which even the smallest trace of humanity or positivity regarding them is mentioned, is neither spontaneous nor accidental, but intentional and organized, lawyer Ognjen Tadić told SRNA.

Commenting on the confirmation of the indictment against Vlasenica Mayor Miroslav Kraljević for allegedly inciting racial and national hatred and intolerance, Tadić said that the message being sent to Serbs is clear: BiH belongs to political Sarajevo, only what political Sarajevo wants will be said and done here, and anyone who disagrees is free to leave, regardless of whether they are right or wrong.

"The creators of the Dayton Peace Accords understood this precisely because it was clear that BiH cannot and should not have a court or a prosecutor’s office, as it was correctly assessed that such circumstances could arise and that there is a great danger of their abuse," Tadić stressed.

Tadić says that any mentally sound person is aware that such abuses of the judiciary lead directly to the violation of peace, because in this region even much smaller harassment and persecution often cost lives.
