SARAJEVO, JULY 17 /SRNA/ - Staša Košarac, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers, told SRNA that by once again imposing decisions, Christian Schmidt has acted in an unconstitutional and anti-Dayton manner, further proving that BiH lacks sovereignty and functions as a classic international protectorate.

"The imposed decisions regarding the `Vijadukt` case and the electoral legislation are proof that BiH is a textbook example of a protectorate under an illegitimate and false High Representative who has assumed the role of a colonial administrator," Košarac emphasized.

He stated that Schmidt's imposition of decisions represents a direct assault on democracy in BiH, a degradation of its institutions, a violation of its constitutional order, and a grave breach of both the Constitution and the Dayton Agreement.

"Srpska has recognized Schmidt's dangerous intentions. We do not acknowledge his decisions. He holds no legitimacy," Košarac declared.

According to him, Schmidt is an irredeemable political menace, acting not only against Srpska, but also against BiH and all its peoples.

"It is shameful that this notorious outlaw Schmidt enjoys the support of parts of the Federation of BiH, primarily the Bosniak political establishment, but also the opposition in Srpska. It's hard to tell who is more disgraceful," Košarac said.

What is certain, he added, is that such synergy only weakens BiH further.

"The more support there is for Schmidt, the less there is of BiH," Košarac concluded.

Earlier this morning, Schmidt imposed a decision in the case of the Slovenian company "Vijadukt," authorizing the withdrawal of funds from excise revenues on the unified account, from the portion allocated to Srpska, as well as a decision requiring the Central Bank of BiH to provide funding for new technologies in the electoral process.
