SARAJEVO, AUGUST 27 /SRNA/ – Deputy Chair of the Council of Ministers Staša Košarac believes that citizens of the Federation of BiH see that they live worse since the "Troika" came to power, and that it is well known that the SDA will return to the structures after the 2026 elections, while part of the current ruling parties will go into complete political oblivion.

"The only chance that /People and Justice Party President Elmedin/ Konaković sees lies in demagogy and attacking Republika Srpska, so that Bosniaks would remember to vote for him because he said something negative about Srpska and Milorad Dodik," Košarac told reporters in Sarajevo.

Košarac pointed to the situation in Sarajevo Canton, where Konaković’s people are in power, and asked whether incentives for farmers are being paid out.

"He thinks he gains political points among Bosniaks by attacking Republika Srpska and President Dodik," said Košarac, noting that "the more of the `Troika` there is, the less of BiH there is".

Košarac stressed that it would be logical for them to seek solutions through dialogue with representatives of Republika Srpska.

"What are the institutions of Republika Srpska doing that is not in accordance with the Constitution? Give me one piece of information, one fact. The fact that we say there are unconstitutional institutions, that we have a false high representative, that we call for dialogue to resolve the issue of sovereignty in BiH - should we be punished for that?" Košarac asked.

He believes that such a policy of the "Troika" has completely atrophied, and that all ambitions of representatives from Republika Srpska were realized through that political grouping from the Federation of BiH, which was very submissive and, in their communication, "called Dodik president".

"Let them deny me. When /former US Ambassador Michael/ Murphy told them to make a break because of certain insights about themselves, then suddenly Milorad Dodik was no good and not a president," Košarac said.

He emphasized that Milorad Dodik is the President of Republika Srpska and that the institutions of Republika Srpska function in accordance with the Constitution.

"All policies of Republika Srpska are directed toward peace, dialogue and agreement between the two entities and the three constituent peoples, and not toward servitude to the EU and some ambassadors who are present here," Košarac added.
