KOVAČEVIĆ: PROPERTY SETTLED IN DAYTON, AGREEMENT BETWEEN ENTITIES RED LINE FOR SRPSKA

ISTOČNO SARAJEVO, JUNE 5 /SRNA/ - The issue of the property in BiH was settled by the Dayton Peace Agreement and the Constitution of BiH, and it is quite clear that it belongs to Republika Srpska and the Federation of BiH /FBiH/, said the Serb delegate in the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH Radovan Kovačević.

Kovačević stated that it is not disputed that BiH also has certain property, if Srpska and FBiH agree on it.

"Therefore, the only legal and acceptable way to define this issue is an agreement between Republika Srpska and FBiH, which could later be confirmed in the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH as well. This is the red line for Repulbika Srpska. We will not go beyond the Constitution of BiH and the rights guaranteed by it to Srpska," Kovačević said.

Alleged "BH lawyers" prepared a document which, according to the media in FBiH, contains the solution for the "state property of BiH".
