KOŠARAC: WITHOUT CONSENT OF SRPSKA, THERE IS NO EU PATH OF BiH, DODIK IS THE ADDRESS FOR NEGOTIATIONS

EAST SARAJEVO, AUGUST 19 /SRNA/ – Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers Staša Košarac stated that the budget proposal for BiH institutions put forward by Chairman of the BiH Presidency Željko Komšić and member Denis Bećirović contains unconstitutional elements and is the result of the intervention of illegitimate foreigner Christian Schmidt.

Košarac reminded that the BiH Presidency is today considering the budget of BiH institutions, which lacks the consent of both the Serb member of the BiH Presidency Željka Cvijanović and the Serb ministers in the Council of Ministers.

"Voting for such a budget would mean that we are accepting Schmidt's order, namely his unconstitutional and anti-Dayton actions, as well as legal violence. For us, this is absolutely unacceptable. Such a budget will not be supported by our MPs and delegates in the BiH Parliamentary Assembly," Košarac told SRNA.

However, Košarac added, voting on the budget in the BiH Parliamentary Assembly will be the first test for opposition representatives in Republika Srpska.

"If they support it – that will be a more than clear signal that they have once again recognized illegitimate Schmidt, but also that they firmly stand on the position of defending and strengthening BiH institutions instead of being in the team defending Srpska and its interests," Košarac assessed.

The Serb member of the BiH Presidency Željka Cvijanović stated that the budget of the joint BiH institutions, proposed by Presidency members Željko Komšić and Denis Bećirović, is unconstitutional and caters to the will of an unelected foreigner.

Cvijanović said that the proposed budget of BiH joint institutions will be on the agenda of the Presidency session scheduled for today, emphasizing that the proposal is the result of certain unconstitutional interventions.
