SARAJEVO, MARCH 30 /SRNA/ - Deputy Speaker of the Council of Ministers Staša Košarac said that the joint statement of the members of the UN Security Council is the second important diplomatic victory for Srpska, which comes right after the successful visit and meetings held by the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik in Israel.

Košarac pointed out that Bosniak politicians, and especially the Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Council of Ministers, Elmedin Konaković, have difficulty hiding their disappointment regarding the joint statement of the members of the UN Security Council, which calls for political dialogue and confirms the importance of respecting the Dayton Peace Accords.

He stated that in Sarajevo they are used to similar statements being usually directed against the leadership of Srpska and the Serb people.

"They are used to being unreservedly supported and favored by the so-called international community, and now that it is gone, they cannot hide my pain and disappointment," Košarac posted on "Instagram".

He assessed that Bosniaks are slowly becoming aware that the geopolitical circumstances have changed and that the story of Serbs as villains who are to blame for everything is no longer acceptable to them.

"The period of international interventionism is irreversibly behind us," Košarac emphasized.

He believes that it is high time that everyone in Bosnia and Herzegovina turns to internal dialogue and an agreement that must respect the legitimate demands of all three constituent nations.

"The only way BiH can survive is to strictly adhere to the Dayton constitutional structure and reject all violent changes that made it non-functional and unacceptable," Košarac added.
